Adv. Oren Tenenboim, a partner at M. Firon’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Dept., participated in DUN’S 100 Forum for senior practitioners in the field of Commercial Litigation in Israel.
One of the fascinating issues that was addressed at the Forum by Adv. Tenenboim, was how public trust in the court system could be restored:
“The court system should create an effective supervisory entity, and continue the process of creating specialized courts and judges. People want to feel that the judges hearing their cases understand the material. The economic departments in the district courts are good examples, and other specialized fields should be recognized as well. I believe processes of this kind would reinforce public trust in the court system.”
