About a year ago, we updated regarding the enactment of regulations aimed at enhancing the enforcement of labor laws.
Until now, these new regulations applied only to new agreements or the renewal of existing ones. However, starting from January 1, 2025, the regulations will also apply to existing agreements. Accordingly, service clients will be required to amend their current agreements and sign new ones.
