The Supreme Court dismissed the Reform Movement’s petition against the advancement of conscription into the IDF
Advocates Raz Nizri, Ohad Jarach, Nadim Abud, and Danielle Talmon represented the Association of Yeshivas of the Religious Establishment. They argued that there should be no comparison between the different tracks. Adv. Nizri stated during the hearing that “both students of pre-military academies and students of religious establishment yeshivas contribute together to the security of Israel”.
