M. Firon & Co. has extensive experience in advising and representing employers with regard to all aspects of employment relations. Each member of our Labor Law team brings to the transaction extensive knowledge of employment law as well as related practice areas, in particular, corporate, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and tax. Our Labor Law team handles all types of labor and employment matters, including, among other things: drafting and negotiating executive and employment agreements and separation agreements; counseling regarding compliance with labor laws (including the numerous and complex Israeli laws dealing with such issues as overtime, holiday pay, sick pay, sexual harassment and other similar topics); binding practices; and general and specific collective bargaining agreements.
The team guides and advises clients concerning on-going employment relations, secrecy and non-competition issues as well as other policies and practices relating to the protection of trade secrets and confidential business information, and human resource considerations in the context of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. In addition, the team advises clients on a full range of employee benefit plans, including executive compensation programs, stock bonuses, stock options, profit sharing and other incentive programs. In addition to the above, our Firm's litigation team litigates a wide range of employment-related matters in Israeli labor courts and other judicial venues in Israel.
