Our PPP/BOT team specializes in representing clients in their capacity as concessionaire and/or main contractor in such type of projects, in each case paying particular attention to the specific needs and requirements arising out of such capacity.
The PPP Project team's experience includes involvement in public and private tenders, including, among other things, the review and comment of tender documents, preparing relevant legal documentation and providing general advice with regard to the preparation of bid submissions as well as conducting negotiations for the conclusion of all related project and/or financial agreements and liaising with related Governmental authorities, financial institutions and/or private entities, all while drawing upon the firm's broad knowledge and experience in other related areas of law, such as real estate, finance, construction and commercial practice.
The team is also involved in private BOT Projects that entail rendering general legal advice with regard to the legal aspects affecting the feasibility of a particular project, conducting negotiations, drafting agreements and liaising vis-à-vis private landowners, financial institutions, relevant planning and zoning authorities, contractors, operators, suppliers etc.
Team members work closely with our clients and in some cases we station a team of attorneys to work along side our client providing full and comprehensive legal services and advice on a daily basis in all aspects of the project from its outset until its completion.
M.
