Danny's main areas of practice are Mediation & Arbitration, Class Actions and Constitutional & Administrative Law. Danny represents clients in both court and arbitration proceedings, providing counsel in the preparation for litigation, both civil and administrative. He has significant experience in virtually the full range of civil litigation, including class action suits, contracts, administrative law, tenders, complex financial lawsuits, labor law and torts.
Danny has worked on some of the most high profile litigation cases in Israel and appears repeatedly before the Israeli Supreme Court. He represents various foreign companies in Israel, and handles claims against foreign companies. He also represents local councils and communication companies - including Israel's largest communications company - in class actions, as well as a medical corporation, and companies in the fields of distribution and construction and in the food and hospitality industries.
Danny was an associate of the firm Renato Jarach from 1995 until it merged with M. Firon & Co. in 2001.
