| Ronen has more than twenty five years of experience representing Israeli and multinational companies in complex litigation in the District Court, the Supreme Court, and before arbitration boards. Before joining M. Firon & Co., Ronen was head of the litigations department at Shugol, Ketzef, Kerner & Co. Ronen is a specialist in litigation matters involving Commercial transactions, Corporate control and Governance, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceutical law, Conflicts between manufacturers and distributors, and Public tender disputes. Ronen’s extensive experience includes also litigations in the areas of Intellectual Property Law, trademarks, unfair competition, unfair business practices, copyrights, breach of contract, antitrust, and a variety criminal and military cases. Before joining the firm, Mr. Ketzef was a senior military prosecutor, serving as a Lt. General in the legal department of the Israeli Army. |
