Ron has accumulated many years of experience in the field of Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring and is regularly appointed on behalf of reputable banks, bondholders and companies as a receiver, liquidator or trustee in various major cases.
In all of the above mentioned fields Ron provides comprehensive legal counsel in all related aspects thereof to both local and foreign clients.

(Europe) Ltd. the firm's international joint venture firm that provides comprehensive legal services to a wide range of clients investing in various kinds of projects – particularly in Eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine and more).
