Liora's main areas of practice are Life Sciences with particular emphasis on Pharmaceutical Law, General Corporate and Commercial Law and Non Profit Organizations Law.
In general, Liora provides comprehensive legal services on an on-going basis to several companies with regard to commercial agreements, distributorship agreements, employment agreements and various other corporate issues as well as a wide range of day-to-day operational matters.
Liora specializes in the Pharmaceutical field and represents, among others, the Israeli subsidiary of the world's largest pharmaceutical company. In addition, Liora represents a wide range of Israeli companies and non-profit organizations.
Liora was also a teaching assistant in Corporate Law at Tel Aviv University and the Herzliya Inter Disciplinary Center.
