| Oded Ofek is head of the firm's Capital Markets: Investment & Institutional Entities Department. Oded's main areas of practice are Securities & Capital Markets, General Corporate & Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation. Oded specializes in the provision of comprehensive on-going legal services in the field of Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management and Investment Advisors including representation before the Israel Securities Authority and as such serves as legal advisor to some of the leading Capital Markets entities in Israel. Oded also advises companies on corporate and commercial issues and in crisis management. Prior to joining the firm, Oded was a junior partner at the Tel Aviv firm of Guy, Bachar & Co and earlier in his career served as the commanding officer (at the rank of Captain) of a military Police Investigation Base in the IDF. Oded is also a member of both the Capital Markets & Securities Committee and the Private Investigations and Security Committee in the Israel Bar Association . |
