Yanir provides ongoing legal advice to some of the largest commercial and software companies on matters such as contracts, real estate, employment, acquisitions and various corporate matters.

Yanir specializes in the quarries and concrete field and represents one of the leading groups in this field in Israel. Yanir has represented in several merger and acquisition processes in the quarries and concrete field, including aspects concerning the Anti-Trust authorities.

Yanir has represented in several high-profile commercial litigation cases involving large sums, vis-à-vis the Supreme Court of Israel.
