Shay’s main field of practice is Real Estate including Construction Projects, Property Development and Yielding Properties and Traditional Industry, providing comprehensive legal counsel in all related aspects thereof, including real estate taxation, planning and zoning and finance related matters as well as providing counsel regarding commercial matters in general.
Shay provides legal services to some of Israel’s largest real estate and construction companies and specializes in complex, large-scale real estate transactions and projects, including residential, commercial and industrial projects, while providing comprehensive legal counsel in respect thereof.
Shay also manages the newly established branch of the firm located in Beer Sheva in the south of Israel.
