Raphael’s main areas of practice are Hotel & Resorts and Real Estate, including Construction Projects, Yielding Properties and Zoning and Town Planning.
Raphael has been involved in some of the leading infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad, including desalination projects, the first prison privatization project in Israel, construction of hospitals, hotels, logistic centers and other commercial and public facilities.
Raphael also provides on-going legal advice to major clients in regard to their regular commercial activities.
Raphael is a Colonel (Res.) in the Israel Air Force.
