Hedva's main areas of practice are Civil, Commercial & Tax Litigation. Hedva represents clients in both court and arbitration proceedings whilst also providing on-going legal services to private and commercial clients. Hedva has extensive experience in various spheres relating to Civil and Commercial cases, including aspects of Contract, Administrative Law, Real estate, Corporate Law, complex financial lawsuits and Intellectual property. Hedva represents various firms and companies, including major Israeli industrial, insurance, construction and distribution companies, a medical corporation and a major communications company. Hedva also provides counsel on a wide range of Civil and Commercial issues as preparation for potential litigation regarding all aspects thereof. In addition, Hedva supervises the pro-bono work carried out by the firm.
