Noemi is head of International Corporate & Hi-Tech Department.
Noemi's major fields of practice are General Corporate & Commercial Law, Hi-tech, International Transactions & Trade and Clean Energy. Noemi provides a wide range of services to Israeli and foreign companies, investment institutions, and hi-tech companies, including companies listed on NASDAQ.
Most of Noemi's transactions involve parties from abroad, and a large portion of her work - particularly joint ventures - takes place in the United States, Western Europe, China and Hong Kong.
One of the fields in which Noemi specializes in is that of alternative energy, in which she represents one of the world’s leading companies.
Noemi is a graduate of the Israeli Defense Force’s Judge Advocate General Corp, where she attained the rank of captain. After leaving the military, she worked in the law firms Tzur-Friedman and subsequently, Fischer Behar Chen, until starting her own firm in 1997, which later became Tamir Schmayer & Co. In 2006, she and her team of lawyers, together with her practice, merged with Firon.
