Gail's main areas of practice are High Tech and Venture Capital and, Private Equity & Investment Funds. Gail represents high-technology and biotechnology companies, venture capital funds and private equity funds in a wide range of corporate and securities matters.

Gail’s experience includes:

Leading M&A transactions, including share purchase, share exchange, statutory merger, asset purchase, US public company SPAC transactions, as well as joint ventures, tender offers and reincorporation transactions;

Representation of Israeli and international companies in all stages of VC financing rounds, investment by strategic investors, angels and incubators, as well as bond offerings;

Representation of various types of investors, including VC Funds and angels in private placement transactions, follow-on investments and “exists” of their portfolio companies;

Representation of high-tech, bio-tech and other sector companies in all aspects of their corporate and commercial transactions, including license agreements;

On going representation of VC funds throughout their various stages of operation, including fund formation and transactions vis-à-vis fund partners and portfolio companies; and

On going representation of Incubators in all aspects of their business activities vis-à-vis the Office of Chief Scientist and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Firon, in 2002, Gail was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto, California
