Joseph's main area of practice is Insurance law and he is considered to be one of the leading lawyers in Israel in this field.
Joseph acts as the legal counsel for the main insurance organizations in Israel. Joseph also represents the insurance industry before the Israeli Parliament (Knesset), the Commissioner of Insurance, the Ministry of Finance, and other governmental bodies.

In addition, Joseph is a member of the governmental committee, which examines the implementation of the Compensation to Victims of Road Accidents Act. Joseph also represents Insurers in cases that raise fundamental Insurance issues.
