Dana represents clients both in court, including the Israeli Supreme Court, and in arbitration proceedings, providing counsel in the preparation for litigation, whether civil or administrative. Dana possesses vast experience in a full range of civil litigation, including contracts, administrative law, tenders, and planning and zoning law. Dana represents various Israeli firms and companies, including major Israeli industrial, insurance, construction, communication, and distribution companies. Dana also provides counsel on a wide range of civil, commercial constitutional and administrative issues as preparation for potential litigation.
