Dana practices in real estate transactions and residential, commercial and industrial projects, and specializes in construction projects and urban renewal projects (Tama 38 and Pinoy-Binoy) that includes evacuation and construction. In doing so, Dana represents some of Israel’s largest real estate and construction companies as well as small entrepreneurs and contractors, in all the various complex legal aspects that derive from these transactions and projects. Dana’s practice also includes, property development, yielding properties and zoning & town planning, providing comprehensive legal counsel in all related aspects thereof, including finance related, real estate taxation and commercial matters in general.
